Armenia continues to participate in the Spittelberg Christmas Market in Vienna, the Armenian Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport reports.
For a few more days, until December 23, the Armenian pavilion will display the handmade goods by about 70 craftsmen: woodwork, embroidery, carpet weaving, pottery, doll making, Christmas toys and souvenirs. The Christmas Market opened on November 16.
The Spittelberg Christmas Market is one of Vienna’s most popular Christmas fairs, attracting thousands of visitors every year. It has been held since the 1970s on the pedestrian streets of Vienna’s historic Spittelberg district.
