Armenian MFA: Recognition of Armenian driver’s licenses in Russia is under discussion

The question of recognition of Armenian driver’s licenses on the territory of Russia is on the agenda of bilateral discussions, the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry said in response to Sputnik Armenia’s inquiry.

At the same time, the Foreign Ministry noted that the sides underscored the importance of the right wording in regulating the rights of the Armenian citizens who drive on the territory of Russia for trade purposes.

Earlier, the Russian State Duma decided to indefinitely postpone consideration of the draft law on the recognition of driver’s licenses of Armenian citizens for business and labor activities.
