Armenian team wins 4 medals at U15 European Freestyle Wrestling Championship

Greece hosted the U15 European Freestyle Wrestling Championship on May 15-16, sport ball 24 .com reports.

The Armenian national team of 16 wrestlers won 4 medals, including 1 gold and 3 bronze. Yeghishe Mosesyan (68 kg) became the champion, with Levik Avetisyan (41 kg), Erik Papikyan (44 kg) and Avetik Tutkhalyan (62 kg) claiming third places.

Russia’s Sergey Karamyan (44 kg) secured silver, while Ioannis Zeitounian (48 kg) from Greece took bronze.
