Arsen Arstakesyan’s ‘Mute’ wins award at international festival in Milan

The short film “Mute,” directed and written by Arsen Arstakesyan, was among the winners at the final round of the 43rd International “Sport Movies & TV” Festival held in Milan, Italy. The film was recognized by the jury of the competition, organized by the International Federation of Sport Televisions (FICTS), which is acknowledged by the International Olympic Committee.

According to FICTS Council member Yevgeny Bogatyrev, all festival laureates will be included in the cultural program of the 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Games. During the winter, the films will be screened in Olympic villages, fan zones, and cinemas.
