Artsakh citizens living in state-provided accommodation will not receive 40+10 support

Starting in November, 40+10 financial support will be provided on new terms, Anna Zhamakochyan, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, said at a press conference.

“The citizens of Artsakh whose accommodation is provided at the expense of state funds will cease to be beneficiaries in November. Support will no longer be available for persons who are in social protection institutions or are living in state or community properties, as well as in hotels,” she said.

She also noted that citizens will need to fill out a one-time online application in November.
