Artsakh Information Center releases statement

Much has been said recently on the part of the Armenian authorities, including from the rostrum of the National Assembly, about the reasons for the eviction of Armenians from the Republic of Artsakh, and these statements have nothing to do with reality, the Artsakh Information Center said in a statement.

The Artsakh authorities consider it necessary to emphasize that the consequences of retaliatory statements will affect those figures, including in the context of the security of the country, as public speech also implies refutation, and this should be taken into account.

Prioritizing the security of Armenia after the forced displacement, the Artsakh authorities have long exercised restraint, refraining from public statements whenever possible, but the lies spread recently must be addressed so that the Armenian people learn the truth.

Regarding the protest that took place on June 12 on Baghramyan Avenue in Yerevan, the Artsakh authorities call on the police to assess the situation soberly, refrain from using disproportionate force, and urge all parties to exercise restraint.
