Artsakh Presidential Staff warns about the limit of holding meetings

Meetings are allowed exclusively by the Government of the Republic of Artsakh and in the following cases:

• on holidays and memorable days of the Republic of Artsakh

• in order to exercise the right of the people of Artsakh to self-determination

Given this circumstance, any meeting that does not comply with the requirements of this presidential decree will be considered illegal, and its participants will be brought to legal responsibility. Therefore, we urge the public not to fall for provocations in order to avoid additional tensions and unpredictable consequences. The authorized state bodies of the Republic of Artsakh, within their competence, will take all necessary measures to preserve constitutional and public order in the Republic and prevent illegal actions.
