Artsakh State Minister: We have to resolve many problems in the shortest period of time

Today, State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh Artur Harutyunyan held a working meeting with the participation of the officials of the state administration system, during which the situation in the republic was discussed.

“As a result of the new military attacks unleashed by Azerbaijan on September 19, the situation of the country, which is already in severe crisis conditions, has worsened. We have to make all efforts and resolve many problems in the shortest period of time,” Harutyunyan said.

State Minister Artur Harutyunyan instructed to quickly develop and implement such programs that would allow to replenish all internal resources, ensuring the safety of the population, the work of infrastructures, the living of residents evacuated from the regions, food supply and a number of other primary issues.

In the near future, the problem of bread will also be resolved.
