Artsakh television resumes its work, Artsakh HRD Gegham Stepanyan said on Facebook.

“Artsakh TV resumes its work, though with a small staff, but with an extremely important mission to do everything possible to preserve social ties among the Artsakh people, the peculiarities of the Armenian identity, and the Artsakh dialect, to identify the problems of concern to the Artsakh people, and periodically cover them,” he added.
