Authorities’ claims are nonsense – David Ghazinyan

Former acting CEO of the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA), David Ghazinyan, responded to the authorities’ claims that Samvel Karapetyan’s team is deliberately provoking power outages to harm the government. He described such claims as absurd.

“I cannot imagine how ENA, under Samvel Karapetyan’s management, could have created a situation that would harm the authorities. First of all, we all understand very well that at least during the time when ENA was under Karapetyan’s management, no one blamed the authorities. Back then, they absolutely did not defend ENA; on the contrary, I have strong suspicions that they themselves generated those complaints,” Ghazinyan said.
