AYF member calls arrest of 18-year-old Andranik Chamichyan ‘absurd and ridiculous’

Zhora Avdalyan, representative of the AYF Central Board, told reporters that 18-year-old ARF member Andranik Chamichyan was arrested today because he liked to play strikeball.

“He didn’t have anything illegal with him. Everything Andranik Chamichyan had can be bought in any store. This is just absurd and ridiculous. The items found in the house of our other friends are also legal. Even the rights to these items are indicated next to the published photo,” he said.
