Azerbaijan Border Service confirms Levon Mnatsakanyan’s arrest

The Border Service of Azerbaijan confirms the abduction of Levon Mnatsakanyan, the former commander of Artsakh Armed Forces.

According to Azerbaijani sources, Mnatsakanyan was arrested at the Berdzor-Lachin checkpoint. He was transferred to Baku.

Earlier, the State Security Service of Azerbaijan arrested former Artsakh Deputy Defense Minister Davit Manukyan and former Artsakh Minister of State Ruben Vardanyan.
