Azerbaijan fires at Artsakh, Armenian side has one wounded

On September 13, at around 12:15, the Azerbaijani Armed Forces fired at Norshen using small arms, the press service of the Artsakh Defense Army reported.
The Armenian side has one wounded. There is no threat to his life.
The Russian peacekeeping contingent has been already informed about the incident.
