‘Azerbaijan must answer this question’: Iran’s Foreign Ministry on Azerbaijan’s possible attack on Armenia

Iranian Foreign Minister spokesperson Nasser Kanaani commented on the statements of the US State Department about a possible Azerbaijani attack on Armenia, IRNA reported.

“Azerbaijani colleagues must answer this question,” Kanaani said.

“Peace and stability in the Caucasus are important for us. We believe that the regional settlement mechanism is the only way to resolve problems,” he added.

Earlier, the US State Department denied the publication of Politico entitled ‘Blinken warned lawmakers Azerbaijan may invade Armenia in coming weeks.’
