Azerbaijan Ombudsperson visits Ruben Vardanyan

According to the Azerbaijani media, Azerbaijani Ombudsperson met with arrested former State Minister of Artsakh Ruben Vardanyan.

It is reported that Vardanyan expressed his satisfaction with the detention condition, stressing that he had undergone a preliminary medical examination which showed that he did not have any health problems.
Vardanyan will have the opportunity to talk with his family on the phone. He was also assigned a lawyer.
