Azerbaijani cross border with Armenia, one of them captured

Two Azerbaijani soldiers crossed the border with Armenia near the village of Tegh.
One of whom was captured and the other escaped, Artur Grigoryan, Head of National Management NGO, said on Facebook.

The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry confirmed that one of their soldiers allegedly got lost due to bad weather conditions.

It is noted that the Azerbaijani soldier got lost while moving between positions in Berdzor. His name is Ruslan Eldeniz Panakhov.
