Azerbaijani FM: Armenia was informed about ‘anti-terrorist measures’ beforehand

“Armenia and the separatist regime under its control bear responsibility for Armenian residents leaving Nagorno-Karabakh,” Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said at a meeting with OSCE Secretary General Helga Schmid in Skopje.

Bayramov noted that “the opposite side [Armenia] was informed about the anti-terrorist measures carried out by Azerbaijan within 24 hours this September amid the failure of Armenia to withdraw its armed forces from the territories of Azerbaijan, contrary to the commitments undertaken by Armenia.”
