Azerbaijani shooting heard in Syunik and Tavush at night

The Azerbaijani armed forces continue to fire, shots can be heard in the Armenian border settlements. Tonight, Azerbaijan’s shooting was audible again in the Syunik and Tavush regions.

“The shooting was not intense, it did not last long and there was no targeted shooting. We only heard the sounds,” Armen Poladyan, the administrative head of Movses village in the Tavush region, told Alpha News.

The sound of Azerbaijani shooting was also heard at night in the border villages of Syunik, Khnatsakh and Khoznavar. The shots were fired in the evening and at night and were not intense or targeted either.

“Shots were heard at 10:20 p.m., there were several shots, they were fired into the air at night,” Seyran Mirzoyan, head of the Khnatsakh village administration, told Alpha News.

Since March 16, the Ministry of Defense has been refuting Azerbaijani false allegations that units of the Armenian Armed Forces are firing on Azerbaijani positions.
