Beniamin Hayrapetyan wins interregional judo competitions in Russia’s Makhachkala 

Interregional judo competitions were held in Makhachkala, Russia, on November 23-24, with representatives of the Armenian community of the Krasnodar region demonstrating a high level of skill. 
 
Beniamin Hayrapetyan from the Russian city of Armavir took first place. Artur Takhmazyan (66 kg) from Sochi took the silver medal, and Albert Badayants (73 kg) from Armavir secured bronze. Badayants was recognized for the most beautiful kick and received a cash prize. Takhmazyan was awarded a cash prize for the best technique.
