Speaking at the Third Minsk International Conference on Eurasian Security, held on October 28-29 in the capital of Belarus, President Lukashenko highlighted positive developments in resolving protracted conflicts.

“Breakthroughs have been reached in a number of longstanding confrontations, and I hope they will be lasting. Azerbaijan and Armenia have signed a peace agreement, and the two-year war in Gaza has come to an end. This is just the beginning, but hopefully a promising one,” the Belarusian leader said.
