BRICS Summit participants adopt final declaration

The participants of the BRICS Summit adopted a final declaration, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the extended session, RIA Novosti reports.
BRICS Summit is being held in Kazan, Russia, on October 22-24, with 36 countries and six international organizations participating.
“A final declaration has been prepared, which contains general assessments of the situation in the world, summarizes the results of Russia’s presidency in BRICS, and defines the guidelines for the long-term interaction,” Putin said, specifying that the declaration is planned to be submitted to the UN as a joint document.
As reported earlier, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will leave for the BRICS Summit early Thursday morning. He will take part in the second part of the summit in the BRICS+ format.
