Catholicos of All Armenians: Armenian Apostolic Church actively supports Artsakh Armenians in overcoming difficult social problems

Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II received pilgrims of the Armenian Diocese of Brazil accompanied by the Primate of the Armenian Diocese of Brazil Bishop Nareg Berberian at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.

The Bishop noted that Armenian pilgrims from Brazil visited various holy places of Armenia and got acquainted with the Armenian spiritual and cultural heritage.

The Supreme Patriarch highly appreciated the service of the Primate and the spiritual servants of the Diocese, as well as their commitment to send the sons of the Armenian people on a pilgrimage to their homeland.

Karekin II touched upon the difficulties and problems faced by forcibly displaced Artsakh Armenians, stressing that the Armenian Apostolic Church actively supports Artsakh Armenians in overcoming difficult social problems.

The Catholicos called on the pilgrims to contribute to the preservation of the Armenian spiritual and cultural heritage of Artsakh, as well as to taking care of the needs of the sons of the Armenian people deprived of their homeland.
