Charles Michel welcomes simultaneous passage of humanitarian cargo via Lachin and Aghdam

The President of the European Council, Charles Michel, welcomed the delivery of humanitarian supplies to Artsakh on his X account.

“Humanitarian supplies are finally underway to Karabakh Armenians.

Welcome the simultaneous passage of humanitarian cargo via Lachin and Agdam.

This must be now regularised.
