‘Choose Armenian lives, not oil’: Protests in support of Artsakh in London

Protests in support of Artsakh and Armenia were held yesterday and today near the House of Parliament in London.

Protesters condemned Azerbaijan’s aggression and called on the British Parliament to stop supporting Aliyev’s dictatorship, condemn the invasion of the sovereign Republic of Armenia, and free all POWs and civilian hostages.

One of the banners read, “British Parliament, choose Armenian lives, not oil.”

The protest was also staged near the Intercontinental Hotel on Park Lane.

“Shame on you, British MPs,” said one of the protesters, Welsh Eililian Williams, who is a big supporter of Artsakh and Armenia.
