Civil Contract will not have a mayor in Gyumri — Martun Grigoryan

The leader of the Our City bloc, Martun Grigoryan, said that the Civil Contract Party will not have a mayor in Gyumri.

“Dear Gyumri residents, I confirm that the Civil Contract Party will not have a mayor in Gyumri, that’s for sure,” he said in social media.

On Sunday, extraordinary elections to the City Council were held in the Gyumri and Parakar communities. The total number of voters on the list was 111,236, with a voter turnout of 47,443.
