CoE Secretary General calls on Armenia and Azerbaijan to abstain from use of force

Marija Pejčinović Burić, the Council of Europe Secretary General, expressed concern about reports of the exchange of fire along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border.

“Call on both sides to abstain from the use of force. Dialogue is the only way to lasting peace,” she said on X.
