Court grants defense motion in archimandrite Arshak case

A court has granted the motion filed by the defense team of Archimandrite Arshak Khachaturyan and ruled to recuse the presiding judge. The hearing has concluded.

The defense had previously requested that the judge recuse himself on the grounds of his close personal ties with investigators involved in the case.
