Court rules that the rights of Archbishop Aykazun Nadjarian were violated

The travel restriction imposed as a preventive measure against His Grace Aykazun will be lifted. This was announced by lawyer Arut Aklunts.

“Judge Arman Hovhannisyan, known for his impartiality, has issued another ruling grounded in the interests of the law. The court granted my complaint against the actions of the investigator and prosecutor, recognized that the rights of His Eminence Archbishop Hykazun Najarian had been violated, and ordered the investigator to lift the travel restriction imposed on him. I congratulate us all on another victory of law over arbitrary authority,” the lawyer wrote.
