Court session lasted long because it is difficult to fight absurdity – Aram Vardevanyan

Philanthropist and businessman Samvel Karapetyan has been under arrest for more than 55 days, and now the court is trying to continue this legal disgrace, lawyer Aram Vardevanyan told reporters outside the Anti-Corruption Court in Yerevan.

He noted that the court session lasted long, as it was difficult to fight absurdity.

To remind, Samvel Karapetyan’s detention period has been extended by 2 months. He is accused of public calls for seizure of power and violent overthrow of the constitutional order.
