Craig Missakian appointed as San Francisco’s top federal prosecutor

US President Donald Trump has appointed attorney Craig Missakian as the United States Attorney for the Northern District of California. He is set to officially assume office on May 27, 2025.

Missakian is a member of the Armenian Bar Association. He previously served as Assistant US Attorney for the Central District of California and as Deputy Chief Counsel for the US House of Representatives.
