Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan was familiar with the text of the Artsakh Security Council statement in advance, Artsakh MP David Ishkhanyan announced.

“In order to avoid unnecessary speculations and to refrain from rumors and fabrications, I would like to inform you that from the first moment of Azerbaijan’s military operations on September 19 of this year, the RA Prime Minister was aware of all the processes and developments.

Moreover, the statement of the Security Council of the Republic of Artsakh, the price of the truce, was also a subject of discussion. The governing circles of the Republic of Armenia, including Prime Minister, were obviously familiar with the text version of the statement.

I regret that our parliamentary colleagues in RA, probably not being aware of these details, are trying to find the culprits or shift the blame to other responsible persons.

The current situation in Artsakh does not allow us to provide more details.
