David Minasyan is being transferred to Abovyan penal facility instead of a hospital, says lawyer

David Minasyan, the arrested school student involved in the incident with Nikol Pashinyan at the Church of Saint Anna, is being transferred to a penal institution in the city of Abovyan rather than to a hospital, according to his attorney Lusine Martirosyan.

“Now, instead of a hospital, David is being transferred to the Abovyan facility… They are tormenting this boy. This is nothing but an illusion of rights protection. David’s right to life is in danger, transfer this child to a hospital, not to another penal institution,” the lawyer stressed.
