Deportivo Armenio FC presents pink jerseys with Armenian alphabet in honor of Lionel Messi

Deportivo Armenio FC has released pink jerseys with the Armenian alphabet in honor of Lionel Messi’s new club, Inter Miami.

“Without losing our roots, we honor number 10 with the new version of our jersey,” Deportivo Armenio noted.

On February 16, the club presented its new jerseys as a tribute to the Armenian alphabet created by Mesrop Mashtots.

The head of Deportivo Armenio, Marcelo Papazian, told Diario ARMENIA that this jersey is a way to “pay tribute to all teachers of the Armenian language”, as well as to Armenian schools.12:00
