Regardless of circumstances and geopolitical escalations, Rostov-on-Don is a city where every year in April they pay tribute to the victims of the Armenian Genocide in the Ottoman Empire in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, reports the Don Union of Armenian Youth.
This year, the local Armenian community placed dozens of billboards around the city, dedicated to the 109th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.
April 24 is the Armenian Genocide Remembrance Day.
