ECHR demands report from Azerbaijan on 23 Armenian POWs – Siranush Sahakyan

The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has requested that Azerbaijan submit a report on the detention conditions and health status of 23 Armenian POWs held in Baku. The deadline for the report is set for November 4.

Siranush Sahakyan, the legal representative of the Armenian POWs at ECHR, told RFE/RL’s Armenian Service that back in July, the Azerbaijani side petitioned the court to be released from the obligation to provide such a report.
