Elen Khachikyan wins Grand Prix of International Piano Competition

The participant of the “Meknark” Talent Development Target Program, Elen Khachikyan (teacher Marine Markaryan), won the Grand Prix of the International Piano Competition Online in Gdansk, Poland.

The “Meknark” Talent Development Target program is implemented with the assistance of the Armenian Ministry of Education and Science. The program is aimed at developing, improving, and encouraging the most talented young musicians aged 11-20 to represent the Armenian performing arts worldwide.

The program features 15 talented young musicians and 6 leading specialists in piano, violin, and cello.

The goal is to identify talented young musicians, develop their professional abilities, increase public fame, ensure participation in republican and international music contests, festivals, and other projects, and create full-fledged conditions for sharing with them the experience of the older generation.
