Elina Avanesyan reaches career-high WTA ranking

Professional tennis player Elina Avanesyan has been ranked 39th in the WTA ranking for the first time in her career, Armenpress reports.

The tennis player, who has been playing under the Armenian flag since August 2024, has reached the top 40, taking the 39th position in the women’s ranking table.

This is an all-time high in Avanesyan’s career by far.
