Elina Avanesyan wins the first round of the US Open Doubles

Russian tennis player of Armenian origin Elina Avanesyan, as well as Russian Kamilla Rakhimova reached the second round of the US Open Doubles, Sport-Express reports.
They beat Clara Burel and Diane Parry 7-5, 4-6, 6-2 in three sets.
Their next opponents will be Ukrainian Lyudmyla Kichenok and Latvian Jeļena Ostapenko.
