Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, speaking in parliament, emphasized that even with the potential signing of a peace agreement in the near future, it is premature to speak of complete and lasting peace.
He noted that a ceasefire remains in place between the parties, and the likelihood of conflict escalation is currently low. However, according to the minister, significant unresolved issues persist—most notably the problem of prisoners of war—which continue to hinder the establishment of a sustainable peace.
