EUMA refutes Baku’s false allegations of shooting by Yerevan

The European Union monitoring mission in Armenia (EUMA) dismissed Azerbaijan’s false claims that Armenian forces fired at Azerbaijani positions.

“On 16-17 March, EUMA dispatched patrols to various locations along the Armenia-Azerbaijan border. The situation remains calm and quiet, with no unusual activity observed,” EUMA said in a post on X.

On March 16, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry disseminated false information three times, alleging that the Armenian Armed Forces had fired at Azerbaijani positions in the southeastern sector of the border.
