It also demanded that Azerbaijan protect the property of those representatives of the Armenian community who were forced to leave Artsakh.

To remind, the State Security Service of Azerbaijan arrested and transported to Baku former Presidents of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan, Arkady Ghukasyan and Arayik Harutyunyan, former Chair of the National Assembly David Ishkhanyan, former State Minister Ruben Vardanyan, former Commander of the Defense Army Levon Mnatsakanyan, first deputy of the former Commander of the Defense Army David Manukyan.
