Even if there is talk of a major war, Israel aims to drag the United States into it – Sako Arian

Over the past three months, Israel has developed a new policy and is trying to avoid major wars, journalist Sako Arian told Alpha News.
“Unfortunately, the Lebanese Armenians have a lot of experience in terms of wars and conflicts, and Lebanon has been suffering from all of this for 30 years or more. Two days ago, Beirut was in chaos because Israel found an opportune moment and struck the Hezbollah headquarters in the south of the city, where the organization’s main informational, political, and military structures were located.
I would like to note that over the past three months, Israel has developed a new policy and is trying to avoid major wars. Even if there is talk of a major war, Israel aims to drag the United States into it. In short, Israel should not enter into a major war against Hezbollah, because any ground operation will cost Benjamin Netanyahu much more than what he is doing today.
Speaking about Turkey, I should mention that Erdogan’s attitude towards Hamas is just words. Turkey’s Arab partners know very well and have already understood that the words coming from President Erdogan’s mouth are just a bubble that will soon burst,” Arian noted.
When asked whether it was possible that the assassination of the Hamas political leader was carried out from the territory of Azerbaijan, he noted: “What is Israel doing in the territories that have been under the control of the Artsakh Defense Forces for over 30 years? Are there any military bases, drone parking areas, or even secret services for Israel’s interests there?
All of this should be brought to the attention of the international community, especially the highest political elite of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is fighting alongside us today against the ‘Zangezur corridor’. What happened in Zangelan has seriously strengthened Israel’s presence in this region. What is happening should also be at the center of Russia’s attention, since it was not just an Iranian figure who was killed but a guest of the country. It was Palestinian today; it could be a Russian or Arab figure tomorrow,” Arian concluded.
