Exhibition honoring artist Fridon Aslanyan opens in Moscow

On March 17, the Cultural Center of the Armenian Embassy in Moscow hosted the opening of an exhibition dedicated to Armenian artist Fridon Aslanyan, his path, as well as the philosophy and diversity of his art.
The exhibition showcases Aslanyan’s famous works: paintings, graphics, dolls, and portraits of great figures of culture and art of Armenia and Russia.
As part of the event, academician Martik Gasparyan, professor of art history Grigory Ginzburg, academician Bagrat Alekyan and others delivered their welcoming speeches.
The duduk school, led by Hovhannes Ghazaryan, and a chamber duet, Vahe Nersisyan (violin) and Sonya Skladannaya (piano), performed during the concert part of the event.
The exhibition will last till March 31.
