Former representative of Artsakh president found dead at Armenian Consulate in St. Petersburg

Boris Avagyan, the former representative of the President of Artsakh, took his own life in the restroom of the Armenian Consulate in St. Petersburg, Russia.

According to media reports, Avagyan locked himself inside the restroom. Emergency Ministry personnel had to force open the door and found his body with no signs of life.
