Gevorg Bagratuni: Protests are aimed at the RA authorities, more specifically at the embassies

The authorities of Armenia have become the biggest enemy of Artsakh because they want to give Artsakh to Azerbaijan, Gevorg Bagratuni, the president of “National United Armenia” NGO, said on the live broadcast with Alpha News, adding that such attitude of the authorities is astonishing for the Armenians of Holland and Belgium.
“Looking at the activities of the Armenian government during the last five years, we understand that they are not doing anything pro-Armenian, on the contrary, they are pursuing pro-Azerbaijani and pro-Turkish policies. This is the reason why the protests are aimed at the Armenian government, more specifically at the embassies.
I never thought that one day I would be able to go against the embassy of our country. But since they are not conducting a pro-Armenian policy, we will have to go and explain to them that they are working in favor of Azerbaijan and Turkiye. If they are not able to work for the benefit of Armenians, let those who are able to work properly substitute them,” Bagratuni said.
In his view, the RA government has no clear plan other than giving Artsakh away.
“The Armenian government has no clear plan other than giving Artsakh away. It can be seen in their actions. That is why we will continue our protests. In the coming days, several protests will be held, the first protest will be against the Armenian embassies, and the second one will be in several European cities, with the biggest one being in Brussels, because it hosts the official seat of the EU. They are pro-Artsakh protests. It is our way of showing the people of Artsakh that they are not alone, and the Diaspora has not forgotten them,” Bagratuni said.
