Giorgio Petrosyan retires: legendary kickboxer to hold farewell fight

Renowned Armenian kickboxer Giorgio Petrosyan has officially announced his retirement from professional competition. The announcement came following his victory at the PetrosyanMania tournament, which took place on May 24 in Milan.

In the main event, Petrosyan secured a decisive win against French fighter Aymeric Laporte by judges’ decision, successfully defending his WAKO Pro world title. The 39-year-old Armenian announced his farewell fight, which will take place on November 22 in Milan at the PetrosyanMania tournament.

Over the course of his career, Petrosyan has competed in 115 fights, achieving 108 wins.
