Hasmik Movsisyan’s 250km wins two awards at SR Socially Relevant Film Festival New York

250km won the Women Film Critics Circle Award for Hasmik Movsisyan and Best Actress for Ruzan Khachatryan at the SR Socially Relevant Film Festival in New York. 

Shot in 2022, the 22-minute short movie is Hasmik Movsisyan’s student project. She is a graduate of Moscow’s Gerasimov Institute of Cinematography (VGIK).

The movie tells the story of a boy from Artsakh who saved his family by driving 250 kilometers during the 44-day war.
