He speaks Armenian well, but has nothing to do with the Armenian code: Robert Kocharyan on Pashinyan

Former Armenian President Robert Kocharyan commented on a metro incident in Yerevan in the third episode of the “Big Politics” podcast, during which Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan verbally attacked an Artsakh woman, the daughter of field commander Merujan Mosiyan, who was killed in the 1993 Artsakh Liberation War.
“We can see who we are dealing with. The metro incident, his attack on that woman, says one thing: his upbringing carries none of the Armenian cultural code. I cannot imagine speaking to a woman in that tone. For me, this was shocking behavior from the head of state. This person has nothing in common with Armenian identity. He speaks Armenian well, but he has absolutely nothing to do with the Armenian code,” Kocharyan said.
