Holy Liturgy at St. Gregory the Illuminator Cathedral to honor imprisoned clergy, Samvel Karapetyan, and Armenian captives

On December 9, a Holy Liturgy will be held at the Cathedral of St. Gregory the Illuminator in honor of imprisoned clergymen, businessman Samvel Karapetyan, and Armenian captives, the Aragatsotn Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church reports.
The service is dedicated to the Feast of the Conception by Righteous Anna of the Most Holy Mother of God, and will be offered with the blessing of His Holiness Karekin II, Catholicos of All Armenians, and at the initiative of diocesan clergy.
“At the conclusion of the Holy Liturgy, a prayer will be offered to the Lord for the unlawfully imprisoned archbishops Mikael Ajapahyan, Bagrat Galstanyan, Arshak Khachatryan, Bishop Mkrtich Proshyan, priest Garegin Arsenyan, national benefactor Samvel Karapetyan, and for our unjustly detained and captive sons,” the message reads.
