Hovik Aghazaryan and Taron Margaryan stripped of their parliamentary immunity

MPs Hovik Aghazaryan and Taron Margaryan were stripped of their parliamentary immunity. The results of the secret ballot were announced during the March 27 session of the National Assembly by Narek Babayan, the chair of the NA Counting Commission.

According to the vote, 65 MPs supported the motion to strip Hovik Aghazaryan of his parliamentary immunity, while 2 opposed it.

Meanwhile, 67 MPs voted in favor of the motion to strip Taron Margaryan of his parliamentary immunity, with none opposing.
